Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered through A-Resolve Platform in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force at the time the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.
